Stappers!!! 1. 6 Let Me Ups w/knees bent 2. 12 Alternating side lunges 3. 8 Push ups As many rounds as you can do in 20 minutes!
Interval Sets – 3 sets of each exercise (3 min each) 1. Leg Lifts w/hands on chest 2. Supermans 3. Bicycles 4. Hyperextensions w/hands under chin Go to it!!!
